<description>James, Thanks for sharing what works for you. As you can see, we are all different. Rambling is permitted in this blog so feel free to ramble away.

I do know what you mean by giving up control. That is the hardest thing for me to do as well.

And for those of you who have not discovered the great website that James has established, check it out at www.giftprosonline.com and use registration code GP84. It&#039;s a dynamic website that has been put together by one of the real professionals in the business and shouldn&#039;t be missed.

<description>my balance is playing the piano, my precious dog, and spending time in my backyards serene &quot;central park&quot; type ornamental gardens. i sit on a parkbench, and breathe, think, walk around, get some fresh air...then head back into work...i break often.
sometimes i get so overworked i cant see the basket through the products....lolol...my take on you cant see the forest from the trees...i guess.
i am neurotic and ocd...all i have is lists x 100...and whether i like the task or not it is done as it written in order of priority.
i also take time to add info to giftpros...when i get blocked doing designs....so im always working on industry stuff all the time....and its my passion.
i have no problems with the word ..no! it took 40 years to learn that lesson!!!
i love my work spirit..it is who i am...its an expression of myself.
my big issue is delegation...i have extrememly high expectations of people, as i do expect from myself as well.
however......ill probably never find someone to work for my and do as much as i do, and really care.
its hard for me to give up control....it scares me to death...ive been let down by many that i have put great faith in...and its now become a callous.
great article...didnt mean to ramble.
