		<description>I find that the little things that you can do for a customer (the things that they expect) can be taken for granted but if you do something really big for them and really go out of your way for them you will win their loyalty and having them telling everyone in town about you.

When I was in the travel business I once drove four hours to return a passport to someone who had an urgent flight as it was the only way I could get it to them in time - they have never forgotten this and referred customers for years after.</description>
